There has been a lot of talk lately about percentages and that they are coming with the new edition or revised edtion of 40k. If they were it would be a major shift in the game, and possibly a very good one at restoring some balance to the game.

Ok, it seems a nasty rumor is making its way around the interwebs. Many forums are saying 40k 7th is switching over to % based lists. We are here to 100% confirm that is not happening.
